Performance Benchmarking Service

This benchmarking service uses a questionnaire format to gather information from a company’s management team which it then compares with industry-specific data along more than 80 different metrics. The result is a report that provides information which can be used to maintain quality certification, satisfy customer requirements, better understand company strengths and weaknesses, and set improvement targets. When used in conjunction with an assessment provided by a MMTC-West consultant, the benchmarking report can serve as a basis for business and improvement planning. Once areas for improvement have been identified, the MMTC-West consultant can also help the client map out a learning and action plan, prioritizing critical improvements first. The $795 fee is waived for Michigan companies with fewer than 500 employees. Companies may receive one benchmarking report and feedback session per year, with no out-of-pocket expenses.
