- Review survey data with a focus on member and company profiles.
- Define scope & size goals of council

Internal Programming & Content Delivery Work Group
- Review survey data with a focus on member and company needs/interests.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for addressing needs/interests (including internal expertise sharing).
- Begin with recommendations for 2006 knowledge sharing component of council meetings.
- Develop a 12-month plan for learning, content exploration, and skill development initiatives for the benefit of Council members and their companies.
External Programming & Content Delivery Work Group
- Review survey data with a focus on member and company needs/interests.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for advancing regional knowledge of supply chain management.
- Begin with a calendar for the Sunrise Series.
- Develop 12-month plan for educational initiatives and content management that engage the external audience - # of events, timing of events, types of events.
