Working Group Objectives

Executive Committee

Scope:

The Executive Committee is responsible for the Membership, By-Laws, and Agenda for the Council.

Content Working Group

Scope:

The Content Working Group recognizes the diversity of understanding concerning the scope of Integrated Supply Chain management and will approach its mission with the broadest interpretation possible.

Mission:

Identify thought leaders and sources of leading edge content on Integrated Supply Cain Management or its various components.

External Delivery Working Group

Scope:

The External Delivery Working Group takes the them and topics identified by the Content Working Group and develops appropriate programs, plans for executive, marketing communication, and event logistics for the relevant audiences.

Mission:

To ultimately make Integrated Supply Chain Management content known to the business community of West Michigan to improve overall company competitiveness.
