Michigan Shingo Prize User Group

The Michigan Shingo Prize User Group offers members a forum to discuss, share and understand methodologies that maintain and enhance a company's competitive position. The process of applying for the prize will serve as the backbone for learning a structured set of criteria proven to be key elements for success in lean manufacturing.

The learning process will incorporate:

• Structured training on the criteria for the Shingo Prize and successful lean manufacturing systems
• Sharing of experience by participants
• Project tracking for each member company
• Hands-on shop floor activities
• Review and feedback on your progress
• Completed application for the Michigan Shingo Prize
