
According to a new ranking by U.S. News & World Report, Grand Rapids is the 12th best place to live in the country. This ranking analyzed the nation's 125 largest metro areas, comparing job markets, cost of living, education, crime rates, and more.
Grand Rapids was recognized for its quality of education, low crime, short commute time, and general happiness among residents. The city outranked major metro areas such as Phoenix and Boston. Out of all cities on the list, Grand Rapids ranked highest for quality of life.
