A’Mya Saffore is the Talent Program Manager for The Right Place. In her current role, she supports the implementation of regional talent initiatives that strengthen and diversify West Michigan’s workforce. In her role, she collaborates with businesses, educators and community partners to advance programs that attract, develop and retain top talent across the region.

Past Experience

Prior to joining The Right Place team, A’Mya has former work experience in the federal and state government having worked with the Executive Office of Governor Gretchen Whitmer, The United States Department of Justice, SpartanNash and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. In these roles, she supported initiatives in public relations, community engagement, communications and human resources.
