Brandon Hamilton is the Operations Manager for The Right Place. In his current role, he ensures organizational effectiveness through strategic coordination, process optimization, and technology implementation. Brandon works across departments to create systems and workflows that empower the team to deliver on the organization's mission while maintaining a people-centered approach to operations.

Brandon also supports key regional initiatives including the Technology Council of West Michigan, MiDevice Consortium, and Tech Week Grand Rapids. Through these programs, he brings together community leaders and stakeholders to advance West Michigan's technology and innovation ecosystem.

Past Experience

Brandon has been with The Right Place since May 2023 and has held several positions at the organization, including Executive Assistant to the SVP of Talent & Diversity and Program Coordinator, where he designed and implemented strategic initiatives that strengthened the region's economic landscape. Prior to joining The Right Place, Brandon spent over eight years working with non-profit organizations, focusing on community engagement, event planning, and strategic leadership.

Education

Brandon is completing his A.A. in Sociology at Grand Rapids Community College and will transfer to Grand Valley State University in Fall 2026.
