Dayna serves as the Executive Director of the Montcalm Economic Alliance in Montcalm County. In this role, she provides business support services to companies in Montcalm County, focusing on workforce development, business attraction, retention and expansion. She also focuses on supporting entrepreneurial spirit through innovative programming and events, such as MiPitch in collaboration with Ionia County. The MEA has reimagined what economic development can look like in Montcalm County and Dayna is excited to lead the efforts for dynamic growth and engagement.

Past Experience

Prior to joining The Right Place team Dayna spent her career leading health and wellness operations in both the for profit and nonprofit organizations like the YMCA, reaching the pinnacle of her career with Dow Chemical leading a team providing unstaffed and Corporate Employee Wellness programs nationally. Leadership training and development has always been one of Dayna’s passions and she has been leading adults throughout her career in the space of other centered listening and leadership. Dayna believes supporting the next generation of leaders in their journey is imperative and learning with and from one another knows no age boundaries. Simply put… We are better together.
