Dylan supports the Business Development team in driving regional economic growth through initiatives centered around business retention, expansion, and attraction. He supports daily operations through regional data tracking, Salesforce CRM management, and updating internal industry sector infographics.

Past Experience

Prior to joining The Right Place team, Dylan worked as a Community Development Intern for the City of Sturgis. Here he worked with local and state zoning laws, processed building permits, and assisted the Code Enforcement Officer on site visits across the city. Before then, he worked as the industry 4.0 Intern at Southwest Michigan First. Here he helped facilitate state grants to small businesses in the Southwest Michigan region.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Sustainability Studies at Grand Valley State University.
