Matthew is the Business Intelligence & AI Analyst for The Right Place, joining the team in 2026. In his role he supports strategic initiatives and delivers economic analysis and data-driven insights for the organization, investors, and other stakeholders.

Before returning to The Right Place full-time, Matthew worked at Hudsonville Ice Cream as a Data Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis team. He previously held a Business Intelligence & Research Internship at The Right Place while completing his degrees from Grand Valley State University.
