Peter has been a part of the Michigan Manufacturing community since 1999 and brings decades of experience in this role. Leveraging the programming, training, and consulting from MMTC and The Right Place, Peter provides regional leadership to strengthen Michigan’s manufacturing capability and operational performance, enhancing their contribution to our local economies by preparing, planning, and evolving for Growth.

Past Experience

With over 25 years of experience at ADAC Automotive, a global, tier-one supplier, Peter held several key positions, including Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), and Business Unit Managing Director. He also served on the Board of Directors for VAST LLC, VAST China, and the Minda-VAST (India) Joint-Venture, and held various leadership roles in sales, engineering, R&D, administration, and operations. Peter also founded GROWNDID, LLC a firm dedicated to being the trusted advisor to business leaders through candid, thoughtful, and experience-based insights into driving growth-oriented performance.
