First National Bank of Michigan (FNBM) was established in 2006 in Downtown Kalamazoo by local commercial bankers who desired to provide superior banking resources to the Southwest Michigan community while maintaining local ownership. FNBM offers commercial banking services, providing loans and financial services to qualified commercial customers to help them grow their businesses. FNBM also offers retail banking services, home mortgages, personal loans and other services. The bank expanded to Portage in 2008, the west side of Kalamazoo in 2010 and Downtown Grand Rapids in 2012.
