For decades, Spartan Stores and Nash Finch Company have separately served the needs of independent grocery stores, top-flight supermarkets, value-seeking consumers and military families. Then, on July 22, 2013, they announced they would merge into one company. The Company’s core businesses include distributing food to military commissaries and exchanges and independent and corporate-owned retail stores located in 44 states and the District of Columbia, Europe, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Azores, Bahrain and Egypt. SpartanNash operates 159 retail stores.

Swoboda Inc. is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan – not that far from the automobile metropolis of Detroit. The company has been manufacturing complex hybrid modules here since 1997. One focus of the company’s operations is winding technology, which is used for large-scale production in fully interlinked systems. More than 100 employees work on the implementation of projects for the USMCA region. The company’s manufacturing facility was expanded at the end of 2016 through the addition of a new hall with an area of 2,500 m².

Founded in 1996, TACK Electronics was established to meet the needs of customers whose volumes and lead times fell outside of, or between, traditional contract manufacturing specifications. Since then, TACK has successfully been producing high quality custom wire harnesses and assemblies for a wide variety of electronic applications.
