Join us for a session on Work-Based Learning and the K-12 talent pipeline, including how manufacturers can legally and safely engage 16–17-year-old CTE students on the manufacturing floor under Michigan’s Hazardous Occupations exemptions. KCTC will share working examples, compliance documents, and program data that have helped HR leaders confidently partner with students who are not yet 18.
