Join us for an evening of great food, meaningful conversation, and authentic connection at Chez Olga, a locally owned Creole and Caribbean restaurant in Grand Rapids.

This gathering is the kickoff event for our Black Professionals subgroup within the Radical Hospitality Ambassador Program. Whether you're new to the area or have called Grand Rapids home for years, this is an opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, and connect with other Black and Brown professionals in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Come enjoy delicious Caribbean cuisine while engaging in conversations about navigating careers, finding community, celebrating wins, and supporting one another both personally and professionally.

Everyone is welcome to join us for an evening centered on community, culture, and connection. This is a pay-your-own-way event, with meals typically ranging from approximately $15–$30 per person. We encourage guests to come ready to connect, enjoy great food, and build meaningful relationships within the Grand Rapids community.
