Internal mobility is the movement of your employees within your organization. Most commonly, this is achieved through promotions. However, there may be instances where an employee is seeking a lateral move to a different department. Does your organization promote these channels to avoid your employees feeling stuck within their positions? Do you have a strategy to promote within? Are you prepared if an employee leaves with someone ready to step into that position?

In this workshop, you will:

  • Identify strategies to develop employees for future roles
  • Benchmark best practices with other participants
  • Develop a plan for upward mobility in your organization

This 2-hour workshop will give you actionable tips and tricks that can be implemented internally. There will also be a networking breakfast designed for peer learning and creating connections.

This event is for human resources professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers of all experience levels, across industries.

The workshop is led by TaRita Johnson, SVP of Talent & Diversity at The Right Place and Victor Joaquin, Talent Program Manager at The Right Place. Combined, TaRita and Joaquin bring several decades of experience designing and executing diverse talent acquisition and retention strategies in both the private and public sectors.
