Emerging Developers are defined as:

• Someone who is early in their development career and has limited experience leading full projects on their own
• Someone who has completed 1-2 projects and are looking to take the next step
• Someone who has worked on parts of past projects—like buying property, planning, or managing construction—but haven’t yet completed multiple projects independently.
