Join us on June 1 for a two-hour mastermind experience.
This experience is geared toward mid-career women leaders in STEAM who seek to develop their “next level” leadership in a supportive and engaging environment. The ONWARD experience leverages group coaching, interaction, and exchange to deliver best practices across industries and the region. We hope to begin a conversation about solutions and ideas to help encourage our attendees to reignite their confidence, make bold plans to take calculated risks in their career and be intentional about integrating (NOT balancing) their personal and professional lives.
As mid-career female leaders, we often feel alone in facing our challenges. The reality is that many of us struggle with the same challenges, but we solve them in isolation.
We need a vehicle through which to share best practices across communities, companies, and industries and learn together through our collective experience.
