The Right Place, Inc. welcomes Peter Hungerford as Vice President of Manufacturing

The Right Place, Inc. has announced that Peter Hungerford has joined the organization as its new Vice President of Manufacturing.

Hungerford now leads The Right Place's manufacturing services team, which is dedicated to supporting the growth and competitiveness of our region's small-to-mid-sized manufacturers. In this role, he also joins the leadership team of The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center at the state-level.

Hungerford brings decades of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, most notably from his tenure at ADAC, where he served as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. A longtime supporter of The Right Place’s mission, he has been an active member of The Right Place’s Manufacturers Council since 2008 and has also served on the MMTC Statewide Board.

In his new role, Hungerford will focus on advancing initiatives that strengthen the region’s manufacturing ecosystem, including diversification, industry readiness, strategic planning, peer-based learning, and the application of new technology. These efforts aim to prepare companies and their teams for emerging opportunities and long-term growth.
