MiTalent360

The Right Place and Talent First have partnered to develop MiTalent360, a tool to help organizations assess their employer brand, recruitment, and retention strategies.

The Right Place and Talent First have partnered to develop MiTalent360, a tool to help organizations assess their employer brand, recruitment, and retention strategies.

It is divided into three sections with approximately 20-25 questions per section. Companies can decide which section they are most interested in or take all three. Built into this tool are best practices and a list of external resources for each section to help strengthen or enhance your current talent strategies.

The best practices shared are quick one to two-minute videos with a list of practical steps. These videos are designed as bite-sized learning modules for recruiters or other HR professionals, communication and marketing leaders, hiring managers, or anyone involved in branding, recruiting, and retention at your organizations. Accompanying the videos will be a PDF of a two-page checklist of best practices, a step-by-step outline of talent strategies, the Talent First Playbook, and a list of external resources throughout the region.

Beginning February 2023, we are inviting a select group of organizations across industries throughout Greater Grand Rapids to pilot this tool, thereby, identifying their strengths and gaps, and providing us with critical feedback. Claim your spot in the pilot program here. The deadline to sign up has been extended to February 17, 2023.
